Why Did I Code this?

The simply answer is “because I needed this tool”. the thing is I have been around in the IRC’s and various other help forums and if I ever had a doubt or if I was helping someone, the most crucial thing was a screenshot of the current set up. I have been using linux as my primary Os for years now. I missed a screenshot upload tool. every time I take a screenshot, I have to do a lot of stuffs, just to share the screenshot. It was wating a lot of time. So I thought why don’t I code something so that everything will be done automatically!

So long story short. You can download the py script from here: Download ScrShot

Dependabilities:

Unfortunately this script has a few dependabilities.

• Scrot
• xclip
• Curl
• libnotify-bin
• Python

All of these will be installable via your linux distributions’ software manager.

After downloading you can either

1. Run the command “python scrshot.py” and select the area for taking the  screenshot.
2. Or Assign this command to any short keys(this depends on you distribution – on ubuntu this can be done by going to Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts 0> Custome Shortkey, type down the command ie” python “<path to the downloaded scrshot.py file>, and then assign the shortkey to it!)

I have been searching for this for a while now. Now that I have found a way to do it, I thought it would be nice to share it here! So here it goes.

This How to Article explains how you can share the tweets from you twitter account to your facebook page automatically.

1. First of all you will have to connect your twitter account with facebook account.

For this, go to your settings page on your twitter profile. Then go to your profile tab. There you will see “Post your tweets to facebook”, Click on that.

2. Click on Connect to Facebook!

3. Once its been done, you will get a screen somewhat similar to the picture below.

4. Remove the tick mark from “my Facebook Profile” and add the tick mark on “My facebook Page” then Select the Page you need!

5. Once you Have done this, you will get a screen similar like below.

6. Click on allow on this and save your twitter profile settings.

7. Click on save here.

That’s it, you are now all set for sharing your tweets automatically to your facebook page!

A smart card also has a magnetic stripe but the stripe enough provides all the same information like the conventional credit card. To use the smarts, the card needs to be matched with a smart reader and an increasingly large number of sale terminals are equipped for the smart cards.

How does the smart credit card work?

The smart credit card is an innovative financial object that includes all the aspects of secret coding, known as cryptography. The smart credit cards have a microprocessor in-built in the card and in order to use these cards, cryptography is the most vital part. Here are some ways in which you can use such cards.

Both the card reader and the card will implement a series of encrypted sign like the exchanges to confirm that the dealings are from a legitimate counterpart.
The user of the smart card must corroborate his identity each time he makes a transaction in a similar way in which the PIN is used in the ATM.
Once it is established that this is a legitimate counterpart, the entire transaction is carried out in the encrypted form.
The smart cards were first used in France and with time, they’ve emerged as the smartest financial tool that can ensure a transaction. Soon it is believed that they will replace the conventional credit cards due to smart technologies and immense memory processing capacity.
