Google launches Dashboard service.

November 6th, 2009 oDx Leave a comment Go to comments

Google dashboard is a place where users can see how much data is stored about them in google. It lists all google services, the user has registered to.

The dashboard has the datas associated with a user account. Almost everything is stored in that. Like the seraches you are making, the youtube videos you are viewing, etc etc.

So this is the answer to the question: “What does Google know about me?”.

They are saying what they have with them, but this doesn’t even give clues about how Google uses this information.

Update: Google Dashboard is now available at http://www.google.com/dashboard.
