It all started with Google when they started to offer free turn by turn direction for navigation on their Motorola’s Droid model smartphones. After Google Apple also offered the same thing in their iPhone.
But now Nokia is offering the same Globally. Well thats a big Step. Isn’t it?

HELSINKI (Reuters) – Nokia will offer free navigation on its smartphones around the world, following a similar move from Google the San Francisco Chronicle reported on Thursday, citing the Finnish company.
“Nokia used to charge for navigation packages that included turn-by-turn directions. That all goes away now. Now you can get turn-by-turn directions covering 74 countries in 46 languages as well as detailed maps for 180 countries,”

American Megatrends India (AMI India) has released a new product vehicle tracking system (VTS) called the Falcon-i. This system has been designed and developed in India.
It is a GPS or GPRS enabled dual mode control and communication system. This VTS bundles up multiple input and output control and reporting formats which help in easy and comfortable monitoring of fleet movements.

One can easily track various things like route deviation, over speeding, fuel consumption and journey time. In addition to this, it offers two-way communications between the control room and the vehicle. This enables complete control of the fleet movements including immobilizer options and geo-fencing.
The company provides end to end solutions during sales, installation, service and spares with constant upgrade options. Along with the product, the company has also launched its website (falconi.in).
