Twitter reaches 27.3 million tweets in a day as an average
According to a study done by Pingdom the average number of tweets per day was over 27.3 million. The average number of tweets per hour was 1,138,772. They did the study over 3 weeks interval ie., from October 21 to November 11.
Earlier techcrunch reported that the Twitter is having trouble finding new users in the U.S., But this 27.3m is huge enough to outshine any news.
